ServiceNow released a global research study today warning that ungoverned agentic AI is creating significant security risks for enterprises. The study surveyed more than 3,700 security leaders. Nine in 10 organizations had experienced an agentic AI security incident in the past year, while only a small fraction felt adequately prepared.

Separately, Bernstein raised its price target for ServiceNow to a Street-high $266, citing accelerating revenue growth driven by adoption of the company’s AI-native products. BMO Capital Markets added ServiceNow to its list of top software picks, citing a favorable near-term setup. The moves suggest growing analyst confidence in ServiceNow’s ability to capitalize on enterprise AI adoption.
