ServiceNow has made Arc, a personal AI agent for enterprises, generally available. Developed with NVIDIA, Arc is designed to handle everyday work tasks. ServiceNow’s Super Intelligence Control Tower governs and secures the agent, while NVIDIA OpenShell enforces its controls.
The collaboration aims to address security concerns that are a major hurdle to enterprise AI adoption. ServiceNow’s AI Passport, integrated with NVIDIA OpenShell and Sentry, is designed to validate credentials and enforce AI agent authorization across different AI stacks through multilevel, real-time security checks.
The launch is part of ServiceNow’s broader strategy to move from a traditional SaaS model toward a platform-as-a-service (PaaS) model with usage-based billing. The company aims to capitalize on rising AI adoption, monetize its AI capabilities and drive long-term growth.
