Schneider Electric raised its 2026 financial targets for the second time this year. Third-quarter revenue reached a record €11.46 billion. The company now expects organic revenue growth between 12% and 14%. This replaces the previous forecast range of 10% to 13%. Adjusted EBITA growth is now anticipated to reach between 18% and 21%.
The Energy Management division served as the primary driver for this performance. CEO Olivier Blum reported triple-digit demand growth from artificial intelligence data centers. This momentum provides the company with clear business visibility into 2027 and 2028.
Schneider Electric shares fell approximately 2% at the close. Analysts noted that the upgraded guidance met market expectations despite the decline in share price.
