Schneider Electric raised its full-year 2026 targets for the second time this year, citing surging demand for data center equipment fueled by artificial intelligence investment.

Third-quarter revenue reached a record €11.46 billion. Revenue rose 16.9% organically, surpassing analyst forecasts. CEO Olivier Blum cited “triple-digit demand growth” in the data center sector, which has driven the company’s order backlog to a record high.

The company now expects 2026 organic revenue growth of 12% to 14%. Its previous forecast was 10% to 13%. It now forecasts organic adjusted EBITDA growth of 18% to 21%, up from 14% to 19%.

The Energy Management division drove the performance. Schneider Electric reported strong growth across all regions, particularly North America and Asia.
