EQT AB led a $250 million funding round for event discovery platform Fever Labs, Inc.

The transaction establishes a post-money valuation of $5.2 billion for the company.

Point72 Private Investments, LLC and Baillie Gifford & Co. joined the round as returning investors.

Other existing shareholders also participated in the capital raise.

The investment aligns with EQT's strategy to back technology firms with significant global reach.
