EQT has completed its acquisition of Exolaunch, a German space services company. Announced in June, the deal marks EQT’s first strategic move into the space sector and is intended to support Exolaunch’s global expansion of its launch and satellite deployment services.
EQT’s real estate division has finalized the sale of 417 rental homes in Flemingsberg, Greater Stockholm, to Acer Bostad. The agreement also provides for the future sale of 388 apartments under construction. The transaction covers 805 residential units in total.
Separately, EQT has announced the formation of its Nomination Committee for the 2027 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting.
