Reports say strike action has affected Equinor's Norwegian gas plants, raising concerns about possible disruptions to European gas flows. Equinor operates most of Norway's gas infrastructure. An extended halt could affect supplies to the UK and continental Europe and potentially influence TTF gas prices. Markets are monitoring which plants are affected and whether exports will be curtailed.
Separately, Equinor, Aker BP and DNO said an appraisal well had increased the estimated size of the Verdandi and Lillefix North Sea discoveries to 8–15 million barrels of oil equivalent.
DNB Carnegie raised its price target for Equinor to NOK 420 from NOK 370. It maintained its hold recommendation.
