Brookfield Corporation has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire 50 logistics assets in Germany and the Netherlands from a private equity seller. The portfolio is valued at approximately $2.1 billion.

The acquisition will significantly expand Brookfield’s European logistics footprint. Demand in the sector has remained strong, driven by e-commerce growth.

The deal is expected to be financed with available liquidity and asset-level financing. It is slated to close in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary closing conditions.

The acquisition aligns with Brookfield’s strategy of buying high-quality, cash-flow-generating assets in key global markets. The company announced the deal before market open, and analysts viewed the expansion favorably.
