Brookfield and Bloom Energy expanded their power infrastructure partnership to $25 billion. The new agreement represents a fivefold increase from the previous $5 billion framework.

The collaboration combines Brookfield’s infrastructure capital with Bloom Energy’s fuel cell technology. These integrated power solutions target surging energy demand from AI data centers and hyperscalers.

The expansion aligns with Brookfield’s AI Infrastructure Fund launched in November 2025. That dedicated fund has a total deployment target of $100 billion.

This commitment provides onsite power to accelerate the development of global AI factories. Bloom Energy shares rose in after-hours trading following the announcement.
