London-based investment firm AKO Capital has liquidated its entire position in Booking Holdings (BKNG), according to its latest quarterly disclosure. The filing reveals that AKO sold all 49,920 of its shares in the online travel company during the second quarter of 2026. The sale dissolved a position that was previously valued at over $210 million and constituted more than 4% of the firm's reported portfolio.

As with all 13F filings, this information is subject to a delay. The trades were executed by June 30, 2026, but the disclosure was not made public until the filing date of August 12. During the second quarter, Booking Holdings reported financial results that exceeded analyst expectations, with revenue growing 8% year-over-year to $7.35 billion despite a noted slowdown in room night growth.
