Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) announced two senior leadership appointments on August 13, 2026. Shri Ambrish Tripathi joins as Director of Human Resources, and Shri Anoop Kumar Rai assumes the role of Director of Marketing. Both appointments are effective immediately.
The company is investing over ₹600 crore to establish a new manufacturing unit in the Chitrakoot node of the Uttar Pradesh Defence Industrial Corridor (UPDIC). This facility will provide Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) services for advanced air defence and radar systems.
August 13 also marks the official record date for the company’s final dividend for the 2026 fiscal year.
