1. About these terms
OpenBell AI is provided by Infer LLC, a company registered in Armenia. These terms cover our app and website. By using OpenBell, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service. Contact support@infer.studio for questions about the service or these terms.
2. What OpenBell provides
OpenBell provides market news, AI-generated summaries, company information, watchlists, alerts, and portfolio tracking and analytics. It does not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations to buy, sell, or hold securities. It is not a brokerage or trading service.
AI summaries, market data, alerts, and portfolio calculations can contain errors or delays. Review original sources and brokerage records before relying on them. Returns shown are estimates and do not guarantee future results. Brokerage connections are read-only; OpenBell cannot place trades or transfer money or securities.
3. Your account and use of the service
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information when required. Only connect brokerage accounts and upload data that you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account.
You may use OpenBell for lawful personal purposes. Do not misuse the service, evade access controls or subscription limits, disrupt its operation, or redistribute content without the relevant rights. News and other third-party content remain subject to their owners’ rights.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Some features require OpenBell Plus. The price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes, and any trial terms are displayed before purchase. Monthly subscriptions renew until cancelled. Promotional terms apply only when explicitly offered at checkout.
Mobile purchases are billed by Apple or Google under the applicable store terms. Web purchases, when available, are sold by Paddle as merchant of record and are also subject to Paddle’s Buyer Terms. RevenueCat helps us verify subscription access.
Manage cancellation through the provider where you purchased. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund instructions. Deleting the app or an OpenBell account does not itself cancel a provider-managed subscription.
5. Privacy and connected services
Our Privacy Policy describes how we process account, subscription, and optional portfolio information. Separate provider terms apply to services such as brokerage connections, authentication, and payment processing. Their availability can affect related OpenBell features.
6. Availability and changes
We may update OpenBell to fix problems, improve features, or meet legal requirements. We do not promise uninterrupted service or delivery of every alert. If a material problem prevents you from accessing a paid feature, contact support so we can investigate and help resolve it. Your applicable consumer rights remain in effect.
7. Ending access
You may stop using OpenBell at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address fraud, misuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Subscription cancellation and refund rights are governed by your purchase terms and applicable law.
8. Your rights and updates to these terms
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms and will provide notice of material changes where required. The date above identifies this version. For unresolved concerns, contact support@infer.studio.
