Škoda Auto Volkswagen India plans to launch four new models in India across its Škoda and Volkswagen brands. The lineup will include a refreshed Škoda Slavia, a facelifted Volkswagen Virtus, an updated Škoda Superb and an all-new Volkswagen sub-4-metre SUV.
Pre-bookings are open for the new Škoda Slavia, which is expected to go on sale during the upcoming festive season. Volkswagen has confirmed that the compact SUV will launch in 2027. It will be built on the India-specific MQB-A0-IN platform.
Separately, Volkswagen Group and LG Chem have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop mobility materials.
