Initially, Falcon Router will process information from email and web forms. It directs this data to other Veeva platforms, including Veeva Safety, QMS, or MedInquiry.
The product is part of Veeva's broader Falcon Agent Suite. This suite provides AI-driven solutions for the life sciences industry. Early adopter availability for the tool is planned for January 2027.
