Tata Motors announced a €3.82 billion all-cash tender offer to acquire Italian manufacturer Iveco Group on Friday.
The strategic acquisition aims to transform Tata Motors from a domestic manufacturer into a major international player.
The combined entity expects to generate annual revenue exceeding €21 billion.
Total production for the merged companies is projected at approximately 590,000 vehicles per year.
