Digital asset data provider Kaiko extended its Series B funding round to $110 million. Financial information giant S&P Global led the investment.
The round included participation from BNP Paribas, Nasdaq, Royal Bank of Canada, DRW, and Susquehanna. Founded in 2014, Kaiko currently provides market data from more than 150 cryptocurrency exchanges and protocols.
Kaiko will use the capital to strengthen its core data business and expand its product offerings. The investment follows a growing trend of major financial firms exploring the tokenization of traditional assets like stocks and bonds. These institutional processes require reliable, 24/7 data infrastructure for pricing and risk management.
