SoftBank Group is trading 4.3% up at $21.24 after launching more than $11 billion in senior unsecured bonds to finance its growing OpenAI investment.

• The offering includes $10 billion in dollar notes and €1 billion in euro notes.
• Proceeds will fund a $10 billion third-tranche payment expected to close October 1.
