Singapore-based DayOne Data Centers has filed for a U.S. initial public offering, seeking to raise up to $5 billion. The company plans to list its American depositary shares on the Nasdaq under the ticker DODC by the end of 2026, aiming to capitalize on strong investor demand for artificial intelligence infrastructure.
DayOne is backed by SoftBank, Coatue Management, Hillhouse and Citadel. Formerly known as GDS International, it was spun off from Chinese data center operator GDS Holdings, which remains a minority shareholder.
DayOne reported revenue of $512 million for the first six months of 2026, a significant increase. Its net loss widened to $81.9 million.
