Scancell Holdings plc secured a debt financing facility of up to $25 million from funds managed by BlackRock. The capital will fund a registrational Phase 3 trial for iSCIB1+, the company’s lead melanoma treatment.

Scancell expects the clinical trial to begin by the end of 2026. An initial $7 million draw-down remains subject to shareholder approval.

Remaining tranches depend on milestones including a planned U.S. listing and the opening of the first Phase 3 site. This financing forms part of a larger funding package tied to a planned merger with Neuphoria Therapeutics.
