Scancell Holdings plc presented an update on its lead cancer vaccine, iSCIB1+, at the H.C. Wainwright 28th Annual Global Investment Conference. The company expects to enroll the first patient in a Phase III study for advanced melanoma in late 2026.
Phase II data showed iSCIB1+ combined with other therapies achieved a 77% progression-free survival rate at 22 months. A planned merger with Neuphoria Therapeutics extends the company's cash runway through early 2029. This funding covers the anticipated interim data readout for the Phase III trial.
