SAP announced on October 6, 2026, that it has agreed to acquire TechWolf, a Belgian artificial intelligence company specializing in workforce skills intelligence. The financial terms were not disclosed. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, pending regulatory approval.
The acquisition is intended to strengthen SAP’s human capital management offerings, particularly its SuccessFactors portfolio. TechWolf’s technology analyzes data from existing business systems to provide a continuously updated view of employee skills.
SAP plans to integrate the technology to support workforce planning, skills mapping and talent strategies. It will give companies a more detailed picture of employee capabilities to inform hiring and reskilling decisions.
