SAP SE has agreed to acquire TechWolf, a Belgian provider of an AI-powered work intelligence platform, to strengthen its SuccessFactors human capital management software. The platform gives businesses a data-driven view of their workforce’s skills. SAP did not disclose financial terms, and the deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.
TechWolf’s platform analyzes data from existing HR and business systems to build a continuously updated map of employees’ skills and tasks. Integrating the technology will strengthen SAP’s capabilities in skills mapping, workforce planning and organizational redesign.
The deal supports SAP’s strategy to embed Business AI across its portfolio and help organizations respond to changing work demands. TechWolf will reportedly continue to operate as an independent entity and serve both SAP and non-SAP customers.
