Ralph Lauren Appoints New COO and Expands Roles for Key Executives

Ralph Lauren Corporation announced the appointment of Halide Alagoz, currently Chief Product & Merchandising Officer, to the expanded role of Chief Operating & Product Officer. The appointment follows the planned retirement of current Chief Operating Officer, Robert (Bob) Ranftl. The company also expanded the responsibilities of several other key leaders.

• COO Transition: Halide Alagoz will succeed Robert Ranftl as COO. Her new, combined title will be Chief Operating & Product Officer.
• Effective Date: All leadership changes, including the COO appointment and other role expansions, will become effective on November 29, 2026.
• Other Expanded Roles: CFO Justin Picicci will add responsibility for real estate and logistics, while CMO Iris Langlois-Meurinne will take on leadership of the company's licensing business.
