BridgeBio Pharma’s Attruby outperformed Pfizer’s Vyndamax in a real-world study of transthyretin amyloid cardiomyopathy (ATTR-CM) patients. The peer-reviewed research, published in Cardiology and Therapy, analyzed U.S. claims data for the progressive heart condition.

Patients treated with Attruby showed a 34% lower risk of clinical worsening events compared to those on Vyndamax. This composite metric included diuretic intensification, heart failure hospitalization, and death.

Attruby reduced the risk of diuretic intensification by 43%. These clinical advantages appeared within weeks of starting treatment.
