Porsche AG reported a 16% year-over-year decline in global vehicle deliveries for the first half of 2026. The company delivered a total of 122,306 cars to customers during this period.
Several factors contributed to the decrease, including the end of production for the combustion-engine 718. Porsche also cited high demand for the all-electric Macan in the previous year. The expiration of electric and hybrid vehicle tax incentives in the United States further impacted results.
The Cayenne remained the top-selling model line with 38,141 units delivered. Demand for the iconic 911 rose 19% during the half-year. This model reached a total of 30,534 deliveries.
Macan deliveries fell 22% overall. Porsche confirmed that production of the internal combustion engine Macan will end in late July 2026. Regional sales in China experienced the sharpest decline at 32%.
