Porsche Automobil Holding SE lowered its 2026 fiscal year profit forecast. The company now expects an adjusted group result between a €0.5 billion loss and a €1.5 billion profit. This replaces the previous projection of €1.5 billion to €3.5 billion in profit.
The revision follows a forecast update from Volkswagen AG, where Porsche SE holds a 31.9% stake. Volkswagen’s outlook changed partly due to a €6 billion non-cash impairment of goodwill.
Porsche SE stated the Volkswagen impairment will not affect its own adjusted group results due to previous accounting adjustments. The revised earnings outlook has no impact on company liquidity. Porsche SE maintained its 2026 net debt forecast of €4.7 billion to €5.2 billion.
