Metlen Energy & Metals PLC inaugurated its M Technologies production unit in Volos, Greece, on June 24, 2026. The facility provides a strategic upgrade for the Greek and European defense industries.
This expansion diversifies Metlen’s portfolio beyond its traditional focus on metallurgy and energy. Existing operations include bauxite, alumina, and aluminum production alongside renewable and thermal power projects.
The company also announced a €600 million share buyback program on June 23.
