Microsoft announced that Ryan Roslansky, executive vice president of Microsoft 365, will leave the company after nearly 18 years. CEO Satya Nadella told employees that Roslansky will remain as an advisor through the end of the calendar year to support a smooth transition. Roslansky became CEO of LinkedIn in 2020, following Microsoft’s acquisition of the company.
Leadership changes take effect immediately. Sumit Chauhan and Lan Ye will report to Charles Lamanna, while Jon Friedman will report to Jacob Andreou. Dan Shapero will remain CEO of LinkedIn and report directly to Nadella.
