Manulife Financial Corporation has launched a proprietary, enterprise-wide AI platform to standardize and expand the use of artificial intelligence across its global operations. The platform provides a shared foundation for developing, deploying and managing AI solutions in line with the company’s governance and security standards.
Manulife expects AI to generate $1 billion in cumulative enterprise value by 2027. The value is expected to come from lower expenses, increased revenue from AI-powered workflows and reduced fraud.
The company said it had generated $300 million in AI-driven value by the end of 2025.
