Manulife Financial expanded its partnership with Microsoft for five years to accelerate its transition into an AI-powered organization.
The agreement includes the adoption of Microsoft 365 E7 Frontier Suite. Manulife will deploy Microsoft Agent 365 to manage AI agents at an enterprise scale.
The company will provide Microsoft 365 Copilot to more than 30,000 employees globally.
This collaboration aims to strengthen Manulife's position as a leader in insurance sector AI innovation. Manulife has ranked as the top life insurer for AI maturity in North America and Europe for two consecutive years.
