Kimberly-Clark submitted formal concessions to the European Union to address antitrust concerns regarding its $40 billion acquisition of Kenvue.
The European Commission extended its decision deadline to October 13 to evaluate the proposed remedies.
The original deadline for the regulatory ruling was September 29.
Regulators in Australia have already granted conditional approval for the transaction.
