KKR said income from monetization activity exceeded $750 million between July 1 and September 25, 2026. The figure offers an early look at the company’s gains from investments ahead of its official third-quarter earnings report. Monetization activity was driven by public secondary sales, strategic transactions, dividends and interest income.
Realized performance income, or carried interest, made up approximately 80% of the total. Realized investment income accounted for the remaining 20%.
The pre-announced total excludes the pending $17 billion sale of USI Insurance Services to Aon. The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter and generate significant additional income for KKR.
