Goldman Sachs agreed to acquire LCN Capital Partners, a commercial real estate investor specializing in sale-leaseback transactions. The deal carries a total valuation of up to $410 million.
Goldman will pay approximately $260 million upfront. An additional $150 million remains contingent on future performance targets. Stock will comprise roughly 80% of the total consideration.
The acquisition integrates LCN’s platform into Goldman’s Asset & Wealth Management division. LCN currently manages approximately $3 billion in assets under supervision.
CEO David Solomon stated the deal provides diversified returns and innovative capital solutions for corporate clients. This move supports Goldman’s broader strategy to expand its asset management business. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2026.
