Bedrock Robotics, which develops autonomous systems for heavy construction equipment, has raised $600 million in a Series C round. CapitalG and Emergence Capital co-led the investment.
The round values the San Francisco-based startup at $4.1 billion post-money. It brings the company’s total funding to nearly $1 billion.
Bedrock will use the new capital to expand deployment of its autonomous technology, which can be retrofitted onto existing machinery such as excavators. In August 2026, its first fully autonomous excavators began paid work on commercial job sites.
Other investors in the round included US Innovative Technology Fund, Bessemer Venture Partners, Temasek, and existing backer NVIDIA.
