GE HealthCare appointed William (Bill) Grogan as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 14, 2026. Grogan succeeds Jay Saccaro, who departed the medical technology industry for an expanded external role. Interim CFO George Newcomb will resume his position as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer.
Grogan joins from global water solutions firm Xylem Inc., where he served as Executive Vice President and CFO since 2023. His tenure at Xylem included executing growth strategies, expanding margins, and integrating a major acquisition. Grogan also brings over a decade of prior experience from IDEX Corporation.
