Volatus Aerospace has agreed to acquire AISPECO UAB, a Lithuanian developer of modular airborne sensor systems and flight-management software, for total consideration of up to $13 million. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Volatus’s aerial-intelligence technology and expand its presence in Europe.
The base consideration is $10.5 million. Volatus will pay $3 million in cash and issue $7.5 million in shares. The deal also includes up to $2.5 million in additional consideration tied to performance milestones over three years.
Volatus expects to capture more value from aerial-intelligence missions by integrating AISPECO’s sensor platforms and software with its aircraft operations and manufacturing. AISPECO has sold approximately 50 systems globally. It is expected to generate around C$10 million in revenue in fiscal 2027.
