Enbridge President and CEO Greg Ebel will retire on December 31, 2026. Michele Harradence will succeed him as President and CEO on January 1, 2027. Harradence will also join the Board of Directors upon her appointment.
Harradence currently serves as Executive Vice-President and President of Gas Distribution and Storage. She joined Enbridge in 2014 following senior roles at Shell Canada. The board selected Harradence after a multi-year succession planning process.
Ebel has led the company as CEO since January 2023. He will remain on the board through his retirement date. Ebel will then serve as an advisor until May 2027 to facilitate the leadership transition.
