Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) and Microsoft announced a strategic partnership. This collaboration will enhance ELC's cloud, data, and artificial intelligence capabilities. It aims to boost enterprise efficiency, accelerate innovation, and create more relevant consumer experiences across ELC's global operations.
The partnership focuses on three main areas: new capabilities and growth, decision intelligence, and productivity. A key component involves developing a Unified Data Platform on Microsoft's platform. This platform will connect data across ELC's brands and functions.
Estée Lauder has also deployed Microsoft Copilot to over 14,000 employees. This deployment aims to automate tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
