This follows the retirement of Juan Carlos Hurtado Parra. Hurtado Parra's departure was mutually agreed upon in July 2026.
Barco Muñoz currently serves as the company’s Corporate Vice President of Finance and Sustainable Value. He brings over 35 years of executive experience in corporate finance and the energy sector.
His internal finance background signals a focus on leadership continuity during the transition.
