SEBI has issued an administrative warning to Dabur India for failing to promptly disclose a warning letter from the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) to the stock exchanges, as required by regulations. Dabur received the letter on July 24, 2026.
SEBI said the delay violated its Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements (LODR) Regulations. Dabur said the USFDA letter has no impact on its financial operations or activities.
SEBI cautioned Dabur and its board to prevent similar lapses, adding that any recurrence would be viewed more seriously.
