Dabur India said Global CEO Mohit Malhotra will resign effective November 13, 2026, after more than 30 years with the company. He is leaving to take a leadership role at an overseas company.
During Malhotra’s tenure, Dabur grew from a smaller firm into a transnational enterprise. The company now operates in more than 100 countries.
Effective November 14, 2026, Herjit Singh Bhalla, who heads Dabur’s India business, will join the board as a whole-time director for a five-year term. He will continue to lead the India business. Existing whole-time director P.D. Narang will retain strategic oversight of Dabur’s international business.
Dabur announced the leadership changes alongside its second-quarter results, which showed double-digit growth in profit and revenue.
