ASML Holding N.V. invested an additional 400 million euros in French firm Mistral AI. This participation is part of a 3-billion-euro funding round led by Samsung.
The investment maintains ASML’s 11% ownership stake and prevents equity dilution. ASML previously invested 1.3 billion euros to become Mistral’s largest shareholder.
The company will integrate Mistral’s AI models into its production lines and research processes. This partnership targets the advancement of AI within semiconductor manufacturing.
