ASML Holding N.V. reported record third-quarter 2026 results. Net sales reached €11.7 billion, and net income totaled €5.0 billion.

The company attributed its performance to strong demand for lithography systems and significant sales from Installed Base Management. ASML executed a €4.1 billion share buyback during the quarter and declared an interim dividend.

Driven by investment in artificial intelligence infrastructure, ASML raised its 2026 revenue forecast to €44 billion to €45 billion. Its previous forecast had a floor of €43 billion.

ASML said demand is outpacing supply and that it will not be able to fully meet demand for its chip-making machines in 2027 and 2028. The company is exploring further capacity expansion, underscoring its critical role in the semiconductor supply chain.
