Amazon has introduced software that lets sellers manage inventory and orders across competing platforms, including Walmart, Shopify, eBay and TikTok, from the Amazon Seller Central dashboard. The company announced the tools at its annual seller conference to support multichannel selling. It says 95% of its independent sellers also sell on other platforms.

The tools are part of a broader set of new seller services, including features to simplify global expansion and let merchants offer Prime delivery on their own websites at no additional cost.

The multichannel management tools use technology from Veeqo, which Amazon acquired in 2021.
