Amazon Web Services (AWS) is reportedly preparing a global rollout with AI company Rezolve AI (NASDAQ: RZLV), according to a leaked internal executive briefing. The partnership would integrate Rezolve’s agentic AI into AWS’s core e-commerce infrastructure, enabling autonomous systems to manage the retail process from product discovery through checkout rather than simply answer questions like chatbots.
The collaboration was reportedly solidified during a two-day strategy meeting in New York. It aims to give Amazon’s retail cloud clients a specialized AI for commerce.
The move is seen as a strategic response to limitations and inaccuracies in current generative AI tools used in retail, which have contributed to high rates of cart abandonment. Neither company has officially announced the partnership. If confirmed, the integration would mark a significant step for autonomous retail technology.
