Amentum secured a $572.4 million cost-plus-incentive-fee contract from the U.S. Air Force for the NORAD Cheyenne Mountain Complex-Integrated Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment and Space Support Contract (NISSC III). The company will operate, maintain, and sustain systems at the complex.
Work will be performed at Peterson Space Force Base in Colorado. The contract is expected to run through September 27, 2033.
The Air Force received seven offers in the competitive acquisition. At the time of the award, it obligated $15.6 million in fiscal 2026 funds.
