The expansion will create more than 2,000 new jobs. Toyota expects annual production capacity to increase by 150,000 units by 2030.
Toyota will shift production of the Tacoma mid-size pickup from Mexico to Texas over the next four years. This move aligns with broader efforts to increase U.S. manufacturing amid changing North American trade dynamics.
