Saudi Aramco has told European refiners it will supply the full volumes of crude they requested for November. The decision follows the resumption of operations at the kingdom’s key East-West pipeline, which had been shut down after recent attacks disrupted exports.
The move offers relief to European markets, which faced a complete halt in Saudi crude deliveries in October. The disruption forced major buyers, including Poland’s Orlen SA, to urgently seek alternative and replacement cargoes on the spot market.
