Samsung Electronics Chairman Jay Y. Lee is attending the annual Sun Valley Conference in Idaho for the second consecutive year. The event, known as a summer camp for billionaires, provides a venue for Lee to meet with global technology CEOs.
Lee aims to secure long-term supply agreements for High-Bandwidth Memory (HBM) and new contracts for Samsung’s semiconductor foundry business. Samsung is highlighting its integrated supply chain, which combines memory production, contract chip manufacturing, and advanced packaging.
