Investors face a July 27, 2026, court-appointed deadline to apply as lead plaintiff in a securities fraud class-action lawsuit against Zoetis Inc.

The complaint alleges the company made materially false and misleading statements about its operations between January 14, 2025, and May 6, 2026.

Plaintiffs claim Zoetis failed to disclose weakening prescription growth for its canine pain treatment, Librela. The lawsuit also cites undisclosed market share losses for Simparica Trio and dermatology products due to rising competition and price sensitivity.

These issues surfaced through corrective disclosures that triggered a sharp decline in the company's valuation. Zoetis shares fell 21.5% on May 7, 2026.
